An orchestrator of industry–academia co-creation in automotive AI and digital-intelligent transformation, with 25 years of global cross-domain practice. He developed the Q-CTR and TCB twin-helix closed loop, driven by the "Top 10 Real Problems in Automotive AI Transformation", connecting CEIBS, MIT Sloan School of Management, the Automobile Problems Study Group (Japan), and global multinational automotive enterprises. As one of the initiators of a global automotive AI and digital-intelligent industry–academia co-creation forum honouring the IMVP legacy, he has proposed the Yin–Yang Integration / Taiji Twin-Helix model and works to transform frontline Chinese industry practice and Eastern management philosophy into comparative research insights with international academic depth.

This study examines how a technological community can orchestrate knowledge integration and inter-organizational collaboration in the digital transformation of the Chinese automotive industry. It focuses on the uncertainty, trust, and coordination challenges confronting senior managers during digital innovation, and investigates how a community-of-practice mechanism can support knowledge exchange, decision confidence, and ecosystem collaboration.
